I lead a team of about 90 operators, production technicians, process and quality engineer, planner. The field of activity is the production of components for the automotive industry.- Responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the production lines in accordance with the KPI indicators- Responsible for the continuous improvement of the production process and for product quality- In the area of ​​responsibility I have various production technologies such as: injection molding process, welding process, soldering process, automatic assembly robots, automatic cutting machines and bending components- Motivate, support, develop and encourage team members to work effectively and focus on optimal results- I attend meetings with production support departments and meetings with company clients- Establish performance indicators and perform quarterly and annual evaluation for the people on my team

I had the same tasks and responsibilities as in the Emerson company.

Tasks and responsibilities:- Programming of manufacturing orders received from the Department of production and logistics;- Organizing and supervising the production activities in the workstation: Assembly of sbs. rotor;alternator mounting brackets; impregnation; alternator test; alternative training before the expedition in order to meet the deadlines for delivery to the customer;- Tracking and efficiency optimization of productive activities in the previously mentioned workstation;- Application and verification of compliance with the technical product specifications, working instructions, quality instructions and SSM;- Instructing operators for specified products according to the internal specifications and checking the effectiveness of training through surveys process;- Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of subordinates;- Responsible for assessing performance of subordinated employees in accordance with the company's practices;- Responsible for timely performance and correctness of all documents related to the records of the worked hours (such as, but not limited to, time and attendance sheet) for all subordinated employees in accordance with responsibilities defined for Officer in timekeeping and attendance procedure.

Main responsibilities in the area of coordination of the power production department:- Assuring that the technological process is in accordance with the quality standards in force;- Collection and interpretation of the information and the preparation of reports and graphs withrespect to production workflow;- Offering advice and technical solutions regarding the process- Improving the processes on production lines;- Offering technical assistance to operators in relation to the actual integration training;- Achieving the target and production planning according to priorities and delivery dates;- Coordination of production lines and communication with other departments (Planning, R&D, RM -WH );- Assuring materials and informational resources necessary to implement the quality policy; -Organizing and leading meetings to harmonize short-term objectives and synchronizing activities inorder to achieve the optimum production targets; -Setting the responsibilities of the subordinate staff,based on job descriptions and according to organizational structure.I attended training courses and development of KAIZEN-LEAN management:-Bases of Kaizen;-Basics of JIT (Just In TIme);-Developing culture based on Kaizen;-Value Stream Design Method;-Ergonomic 5S Method;-Leadership Team Kaizen
