About Ben Chiswell

I am an experienced Civil Engineering Designer, having spent the majority of my professional life working on residential and regional development projects varying in size and complexity. I have had exposure to the global market within the Mining Sector, whilst working with an international consultancy firm in the UK, on large scale mining projects. I'm forward thinking and am able to manage and coordinate teams of Technicians, Engineers and Designers.My experience covers all aspects of Property Design/Regional Development as well as some experience involving the structural design of stormwater pits, stormwater culverts and retaining walls. My experience within the Mining/Resources Sector includes the design of Mine Infrastructure, Earthworks and HME Roads as well as coordination with Mine Plant Equipment. I am highly proficient with the use of 12d Modelling software, using advanced design techniques such as Super Alignment elemental method and computators, Chains, Components and customisation of snippets to maximise design efficiencies.
