Pixelligent manufactures nanomaterials that enable the next generation of displays, AR/VR devices, sensors, and optics.Managed Finance, HR, and IT functions including capital raising, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, working capital management, audit/tax compliance, and government grant administration. Closed multiple debt and equity financings in a variety of structures (preferred equity, convertible notes, asset backed loans).

Led FP&A for the Engineered Materials business unit including P&L forecasting, Annual Operating Plan, capital investment evaluation, and long term strategic planning.
