In 2020, Ben harnessed that same pioneering spirit to create a groundbreaking app-based recruiting platform called “hoodo” and is building a technology company around it. The technology not only automates the job hunting and matching process for job seekers, but also advances equal opportunity. The engagement model is transformative for job seekers and employers alike and modernizes the legacy job post/resume submission engagement norm, resulting in saved time, saved expense, and greater opportunity to reach business goals. Most recently, Ben has joined the leadership team of Valhalla Capital Consortia to activate a disruptive private lending company that transforms how founders access capital and professional services on a global scale without suffering early-stage delusion in ownership equity.
