With a global remit, I have proven success of developing TA practices, processes, employer brands, introducing innovative technology & assessments and building operating models across diverse and complex businesses. Adept at delivering TA projects from conception and design to implementation and adoption. This experience is also balanced with leadership of operational recruitment service delivery through a global team.
