Brand identity development for varying clients from start-ups to national corporations. Focusing on web design and development, UX, UI, brand identity, advertising and marketing collateral in both print and digital. Responsible for creating complete marketing campaigns, project management and client account management and delivering such projects to required deadlines.

My first position within a studio environment as a lightweight designer. Responsible for developing creative solutions for varying clients including brand identity, marketing and promotional collateral as well as website design. Primarily responsible for collecting assets for the Lead Designer and Creative Director for large scale projects as well as offering support and ideation.

Following an internal promotion - Responsible for managing all company communications activities including: brand identity assurance, brand awareness, promotional campaigns (designing literature, point of sale), product packaging and imagery, national exhibition co-ordination, maintenance of company website, internal and external PR, sales figures reporting, internal and customer facing presentation design creation and special projects at a european level. The role also included europen travel to Paris on a regular basis to attend global creative marketing conferences and as part of a small select team developing new product marketing solutions.

Following an internal promotion - Responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team with day-to-day assistance including national account product sampling, sales history reporting, co-ordination and maintainance of national contracts, and maintenance of ISO procedures. Began support on a creative level including sales and promotional literature,control and maintenance of product image library and support and ideas on marketing campaigns. This gave me the base knowledge and skills to grow into a more serious marketing career.

Following an internal promotion - Responsible for managing the quoting, production and supply of the bespoke (specials) office filing products. This was a part of the business that offered a bespoke filing product service whereby each individual requirement was unique. I was responsible for providing clients with appropriate solutions and managing each step of the process from concept, development, costing, quoting, production liaison and final delivery. This role gave me vital insight into the manufacturing process, product positioning and customer service.

Responsible for a niche department within the business which offered a personalised print service on standard office filing products, working very closely with the mail order and retail channels. Responsible for handling the complete customer order journey from quoting to concept, artworking, prepping for silk screen print, delivery and post-order customer service.
