About Ben Coleman
I have over 20 years industry experience with a background in Product Design from the 1990s. I've brought many principles from that discipline into the work I do now and in my previous roles. I do three things: 1. Design digital products and services. I do that in a user-centric manner, involving people in the design process with various techniques because doing so creates better products. 2. Curate teams of specialists to deliver projects as B Team. Think pop-up agency with the best people for the project without having the overheads of a traditional design agency. The team consist of designers, developers, researchers, content specialists. 3. Support agency founders to help them deal with the bumps in the road of running a design agency, and sharing my experiences whilst running a digital design agency for 7 years.
