Current- Direct staff of 50+ employees daily along with the President and leadership team in regard to company finances, human resources, logistics, sales, purchasing and operations.
- Facilitated the construction of our new, 45,000 sqft. warehouse in Winston-Salem; coordinated with general contractor, city officials as well as over 20 additional vendors to complete the project.
- Regularly place orders with suppliers based on incoming orders, special orders as well as daily inventory counts.
- Manage company budgets and finances; coordinate with banker and accountant as needed.
- Key orders for customers, check complete orders for accuracy and supervise the loading of orders outgoing trucks.
- Ensure inbound product freshness and quality by inspecting merchandise as well as ensuring routine product rotation before shipment.
