• Tasked with doubling revenues in 3 years via acquisitions, I am the finance and accounting leader of a 12-person team for a newly created $200M business unit within Oldcastle Infrastructure, a precast concrete manufacturing company.• Initially responsible for 12 manufacturing operations across 5 states, I helped streamline operations down to 9 plants within my first 18 months, resulting in $5M of annualized cost savings and improved margins from increased utilization of existing footprint.• Successfully integrated 2 acquisitions totaling ~$60M in enterprise value during my first year.• Tasks include talent assessment and team build-out; identification of new market opportunities for growth; leading the strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting processes; acquisition diligence and integration; ERP implementation for newly acquired entities; improving cash generation via working capital reduction and cost elimination.• Early accomplishments consist of an $8M reduction to working capital (-14% YoY); Enhancements to our pricing strategy to increase our share of customer wallet; and development of operational metrics to track improvements to the customer experience (e.g. on-time delivery, inventory management), resulting in 25% year-over-year EBITDA growth and 7% growth in sales revenue.

• Leader of 11-person finance and accounting group for a $275 million subsidiary of the second largest electrical cable manufacturer in the world (Nexans).• I manage all day-to-day financial reporting, accounting, treasury, controlling, risk and finance operations for AmerCable; including functions such as AR, AP, inventory management, cost accounting, collections, credit, audits, tax and analytical support for all AmerCable operations spanning 3 domestic manufacturing facilities and 3 subsidiaries in China and Australia.• Additional responsibilities include financial reporting; forecasting; budgeting; strategic planning; financial modeling; presentations; investment analysis; external audit facilitation; and risk mitigation.• Also responsible for implementing all corporate initiatives and publicly traded company compliance requirements.• Accomplishments include the streamlining of our month-end closing process from 4 weeks to 2 days; the divestiture of a subsidiary resulting in a multi-year sales agreement and a 4x return on invested capital; and the targeting of $3M in operational cost saving opportunities within sales adjustments and direct marketing expenses.

• Reported directly to the CEO and CFO, responsibilities included all financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, M&A presentations, and investor relations.• Conducted the valuation and analysis of all acquisitions and investments ranging from $10 million to $100 million in total enterprise value. Duties included the identification of potential target companies; the detection of emerging market trends; determining optimal deal structure in terms of risk minimization and conformation with existing credit facilities; identifying and quantifying value enhancement/synergistic opportunities; recognizing strategic implications; and post-acquisition integration.• Generated over $2 million in shareholder value through the opportunistic acquisition of $10 million in debt during a period of market pricing dislocation.• Developed and implemented an addendum to long-term supply agreements resulting in the preservation of over $5 million in at-risk profits.
