After moving to Australia, my focus shifted from technology operating models to broader business change enabled through technology, and helping clients gain clarity on priority areas to invest.Engagement highlights:- Set up and ran a Business Architecture team for a large telco over 12 months to run the Consumer investment portfolio, prioritising over $400m of investment ask across retail, contact centres and digital channels.- Set up and ran a program architecture function to develop a more streamlined delivery approach for a flagship Digital program. Identified areas of waste such as cancelled projects, and synthesised the portfolio of work to articulate business outcomes using customer terminology- Mobilised the Digital Sales and Service stream as part of the client's broader digital transformation. Led a cross functional team to design and implement a customer dashboard used by front line agents, now in use today in over 360 stores

During my time with Accenture in the UK, I progressed from hands on systems implementation to broader technology operating model and process designEngagement highlights:- Service Excellence program for a large oil and gas client. Worked with IT Service Owners to define IT Services in a language the Business can understand. Created Service Reports that demonstrate how IT drives Business Value and mobilised ongoing governance.- Data migration lead for a large HR / Finance replatform. Collaborated with business owners to ensure accuracy and cleanliness of data, offshore developers to build and test conversion scripts and functional leads for end user testing.
