I’m passionate about delivering a good service, I dislike letting people down and really want to give a good account of myself and to help people the best I can. Knowing I have a contented customer who is happy to call me when they need assistance really makes managing relationships worthwhile and rewarding. Having worked in the construction industry for many years I understand the world of contractors, builders, specifiers, hire companies and subcontractors – a complex world. I get to use this knowledge to help shape many areas of Sales and Account Management. I thoroughly enjoy improving the relationships between myself, the products I sell and the customers that buy them, ensuring they get maximum value but also to recognise further digital technologies that they can take advantage of to benefit their own business or results.I am enthusiastic, supportive and reliable. I love running, cycling and rugby, not playing anymore but instead coaching my son’s rugby team.
