- Led brownfield facility move, while minimizing the impact on production- Transitioned early production to new equipment that doubled output speed in that portion of production- Managed Hivewire: A post CRM onboarding software used to manage post-sale work flow.- A member of the management team helping to set and meet quarterly and annual objectives- Manufacturing Analyst: collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for cost savings in production, production improvement, performance benchmarks, etc..- Manufacturing Cost Estimation: conducted time trials, researched new process and equipment, created production samples to provide to potential clients

- Observed void formation, movement, and reduction in carbon satin weave samples at varying pressures using a UV fluorescent method.- I submitted that research for consideration in the 2021 SAMPE University Research Symposium and got 3rd place in the B.S. category.
