Key responsibilities include:- Responsible for all video output (7 x brands) Including: Paid traffic adverts, Online courses, Social Media content, Youtube, Live Streams, Webinars, Testimonials, Website explainers, Retention Marketing videos, Internal training videos etc- Scope and resource for all new projects plus delegation of each project to appropriate team member with clear brief provided. - Daily assessment of the departmental priorities based on rapidly changing business needs and resource availability- Stakeholder and relationship management of internal and external clients for all media based productions- Design and implementation of innovative video systems and procedures, including taking the company from a physical events company (750 events per annum) to a hybrid virtual events company during the COVID pandemic to enable revenue generation during lockdown- Recruitment, training, management, and career development of the video team- Ongoing team training and AV technical support for online, hybrid and physical Events.- Design and installation of 4 x custom Studio Spaces for Multi-destination Live streaming and Offline recordingImplementation of departmental KPIs to continually measure impact and effectiveness of the department, e.g. - - Analysis of media quality, quantity and performance and Short and long term departmental milestones- Represent the Innovation department (Video, Design, Podcast Agency & Brand) during internal meetings and Company events- Preparation and management of the teams budget for repairs, maintenance and new departmental expenditure
