• Led the implementation of schoolwide turnaround support initiatives for English language learners (ELLs) through shifted mindsets to engage ELL students as part of the overall instructional program, resulting in a 57%.
• Oversaw Title I, Title II, and Title III statewide grant programs with budgets totaling up to $12M dollars.
• Designed and developed progress monitoring to assess academic plans within 34 public schools across Hawai‘i and made recommendations for changes; this resulted in changes to classroom practices and routines to.
