As a Director of Solution Architecture at Ovative Group, I am responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction, goals, and day-to-day operations of the Solution Architecture team. My team provides technical and consultative solutions supporting the needs of our Product and Digital Experience Optimization (DXO) teams with a particular focus on driving scalable, but configurable solutions that meet or exceed the needs of our clients and internal teams alike. Our approach is intentionally iterative, user-centric, and outcome-driven.Here's how we do it:- Identify and prioritize the most impactful problems to solve (by using data, of course!)- Understand the problem, desired outcomes, and user context (by talking to our users)- Produce solutions to solve the problem (starting with a prototype or minimum viable product)- Measure the impact against the desired outcomes and gather user feedback (iterating as needed)- Scale the solution (in partnership with the Product Team)
