I managed the Facebook Media Buying, Email List, and created front-end sales campaigns and copy. In my time here, I helped double sales while reducing CAC at the same time. Here were some of the things I accomplished: - Upleveled the Facebook Media Buying Process. As a result, in 4 months, the FB Sales increased by 87% in 4 months, and CAC dropped by 21%. - Created dozens of new Facebook ads - many that became "controls." - Upleveled the sales emails and processes. As a result, sales doubled in less than a year. - Implemented Retention Strategies that increased Customer Save Rates by approximately 50%. - Helped create the presentation for several "Control" Sales Webinars. - Created a new Indoctrination Campaign that increased sales by 12%.- Assisted the Marketing Department with any new Sales Copy that is needed: Sales Letters, Webinar Overviews, Facebook Ads, Sales Emails, Indoctrination Campaigns, and much more.

Helped uplevel and clean up many of the editorial, retention, and marketing activities in the entire business. - Upleveled the Editorial Department. Oversaw the department and helped create SOPs and better processes and systems. - Upleveled the Customer Service Department. Implemented many different strategies that resulted in a 30% reduction in Churn. - Worked as a Copywriter to replace sales copy that wore out.
