IAs technical director, I had overall responsability for all of the software we producted, its quality and feature sets, installation packaged, our webserver, email server, spam filters, internet connections, hosting arrangements, telephone systems, software licensing, hardware purchasing, and the management of our team of developers and our systems administrator.
