Supporting hotels in refining guest communication, streamlining operations, and boosting efficiency in both sales and front office management.

- Overseeing and managing hotel with a staff of 45 employees
- Supervising leaders across all hotel departments, including sales, rooms division (front office and housekeeping), administration, restaurant, kitchen, banquet, wellness center, and engineering
- Regularly monitoring key hotel metrics to ensure alignment with profit and loss objectives
- Providing consistent reports to the hotel owner
- Achieving revenue growth that surpasses both previous years' figures and budget targets
- Increasing house profit beyond previous year's results and budget expectations
- Implementing new metrics for housekeeping, guest satisfaction, and employee evaluation
- Maintaining a positive market business surplus over the owner’s business

- Actively selling rooms, banquet spaces, and catering services within the MICE and leisure segments
- Managing and coordinating incoming group inquiries from potential clients, including creating tailored quotations, conducting site inspections, negotiating contracts, and maintaining direct contact with existing and new clients to maximize hotel revenue
- Promoting and selling hotel function spaces for conferences, meetings, galas, and other events

- Selling Hotel function space responding to catering-only demand mainly in local (Budapest) market
- Selling catering events’ services at outside venues
