The ice cream containers go in the deep freeze, for now.We unpack the frozen items, making sure to check dates and rotate stock. We collect the boxes and packaging neatly in a cart, taking care to never get in a customer's path and remembering to greet them and offer assistance.If I know the customer, I will ask about "the family."Frozen, dairy, and then back to ice cream.
