o Provide skilled training to Service technicians on key roles to perform Installations, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of several electronic devices, such as, CCTV, Solar System, Power Inverters, Dish Installation, Television mounting, Air Condition Installation , Domestic Electrical Wiring, Furniture Assembly.o Prepare high quality (technically sound, timely, complete and cost effective etc.) design packages with well-understood scopes of work to be distributed across all technical team lead, aimed at improving revenue >90% by reactivating all northern dormant customers across the zone.o Evaluate team performance; provide new service technicians with detailed orientation, also providing well-rounded skilled training for service technicians; with coaching, and motivations.o Make recommendations for the procurement of materials, tools, equipment and services for assigned work.o Distribution of task daily to service technicians that will in turn generate revenue by maintaining Existing Subscribers and Customers at Zonal levelo Implement, Execute and Perform sales activities on all product specification in line with companies policy. This includes product placement, POS placement and collaborating with consumers.o Executing daily routine field service maintenance check on faulty or failed onsite electronic equipment, installed, eg. Dish, Solar System, CCTV etc. according to maintenance schedule plan, workload, and labour availability.o Manage and supervising all completed installations (daily, weekly, and monthly) done by Aftersales service maintenance technicians, using company procedures.o Provide support to turnaround team during execution & closing of work orders in the maintenance database, however, performing any other duties as may be assigned by Sectional head.o Completing comprehensive paperwork (Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports) to ensure all teams deliver against their monthly KPIs strictly adhering to Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs).
