I was the Project Manager of the £75,000,000 Wembley Town Centre urban redevelopment scheme. The scheme comprises provision of social and private housing across 4 buildings (3 new build and 1 refurbished), retail and commercial office space, together with a multi-storey car park. The scheme is being built upon an existing bridging slab spanning 7 high speed train lines serving London and the North. The role is complex and varied but concentrates upon contract administration, management of the main contractors, managing the interfaces between the local council, the developer and Network Rail and the financial and programme management of the scheme.

Employed by Mace as a Project Manager working on the rollout of stores for Sainsburys. Initially commissioned to act as Employers Agent (EA) the commission was expanded to encompass programme, cost and project management roles. I was responsible for the delivery of store projects ranging in value from £2,000,000 – £7,000,000 across all aspects of the project from inception to close out engaging all of the key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Prior to this I was employed for a year on the Metropolitan Police Safer Neighbourhood Rollout Programme. We were tasked with the management of sourcing and provision of suitable accommodation for each team allocated to every borough within London.

Operations Manager responsible for new job tenders and management of all aspects of project upon successful tender (financial, contract, construction). Projects I have been involved in vary from £10,000 to £10,500,000 in value.
