I have over 8 years of experience in the Army as a proven leader throughout multiple organizations, effectively managing diverse teams to accomplish operational goals, generate solutions, and achieve results. I possess dynamic critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities that enable me to excel at rapid and precise decision-making, personnel management, and professional communication in large group settings. I have also built long-term positive relationships in complex, multi-national, and fast-paced environments, derived from conducting domestic and global operations.Most recently, as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Jungle Operations Training Course for the US Army, I managed a team of 16 cadre responsible for the annual execution of 12 courses for over 800 students from diverse backgrounds and branches. I planned, resourced, and directed the training, ensuring a rigorous and relevant program of instruction that met the highest standards of excellence and safety. I also collaborated with international partners to develop and maintain the curriculum and deployed instructors worldwide to conduct jungle operations and gain invaluable experience to enhance the country's operational capabilities in a tropical environment.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Service and Public Policy with an emphasis in Emergency Management and Homeland Security at Arizona State University.
