Frendly Gathering is a music and arts festival that combines music, art, skateboarding and "frends." As the box office department head, I organized and managed the box office for the 10,000 person festival. This included staffing the office, organizing and changing ticketing operations and guest lists, and on providing customer service. During the festival I managed a team of 6 in distributing credentials and passes.
