. Lead medicinal chemistry efforts of internal research programs from hit generation to preclinical candidate identification (RIPK2...). Compound characterization manager including in vitro pharmacology, early ADME-Tox and Pharmacokinetic evaluation (therapeutics and diagnostic compounds)Results: . Development of >10 unique and patentable scaffolds . Design and synthesis of >250 final molecules . Successful enhancement of metabolic stability of lead compounds, permeability (BBB) and pharmacokinetic profile (therapeutic and imaging profiles) . Successful removal of hERG liability on several series .
