Develop and execute marketing programs that will accelerate pipeline generation and revenue directly for the Public Sector business, which includes State & Local, Civilian, and Federal Accounts. Leads the design, management and execution of federal marketing events including trade shows, executive briefings and annual federal forum for the Federal sales organization. Partners with sales teams to determine target audience, messaging, sales & engineering staffing, demonstrations, partner participation, speaking & networking opportunities, digital advertising, social media promotion and follow up plans. Tracks quantifiable metrics including booth traffic, demonstrations, customer meeting, pipeline and revenue. Successfully manages annual event budget including purchase requisition submission, contract review and invoice approval.

Scheduled and managed professional and personal calendars for the Senior Vice President of Federal Sales. Arranged extensive travel plans throughout the United States and abroad. Processed expense reports and handled all general office tasks.

Designed and marketed multiple YMCA programs including two after-school programs, three summer camps, and various mini-camps and special events. Collected and monitored weekly accounts receivables for all programs. Interviewed, hired and trained the full summer camp staff. Organized and ran the first successful fundraising event.
