Serves as the central point to align and deliver key strategic plans. Responsible for developing the organization replenishment vision, strategy, and metrics to ensure proper efficiency and performance, developing and continuously improving merchandise sales forecasting and replenishment (F&R) capabilities, implementing processes across supply chain to leverage forecasts to improve corporate profitability while optimizing efficiency. Accountable for the daily operations of 15 employees.

Responsible for the daily operation of the forecasting and replenishment team. Directed activities of five planners who organized and monitored daily store level replenishment activities; supported major marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs; and collaborated with distribution centers to ensure smooth flow of products into stores.

Responsible for representing store operations in selection, implementation, and support of software technology to enable and support critical business systems and processes. Led team of four associates in supporting the stores, facilitating resolution of store technology issues, and supporting automated Labor Scheduler Technology.

Responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of 12 to 15 stores. Full P&L accountability for all aspects of operations. Eight time inductee into Presidents Club for the top 20% of financial performers across the organization and delivering significant business benefits.
