Collaborate with Rushlight Ventures to support business maturation as part of product realization. Lead initial production activities for low volume or LRIP customer needs. Continue to support technology development in advanced manufacturing and leading AS9100D quality processes.

Led a team of engineers, scientists, and technicians to advance technology in advanced materials and manufacturing areas, including carbon-carbon composites, low cost structural aerospace materials, and metallic and polymeric additive manufacturing. Led the formation of Mach5 Materials, a CRG business unit stood up to commercialize MG resin technology. Supported the sale and transition of MG resin technology and Mach5 Materials to Karman Space & Defense. Continues to serve as Mangement Representative for CRG AMMC’s AS9100D quality management system.
