I am the President and General Manager of Mintel Americas, a global and award-winning insights provider that helps clients understand how to apply industry trends to futureproof their businesses. Leveraging the perfect use-case for GenerativeAI (GenAI), the overlay of ChatGPT to our insights is setting up a new stage of revenue growth and efficiencies for our clients and the industry at large. With over 20 years of experience in the field, I have developed and executed go-to-market strategies that have driven subscription growth, revenue retention, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions and segments. I am also a graduate of Pavilion's CRO and CMO Schools, where I learned the essential skills and best practices for leading and scaling revenue teams and marketing functions.My passion for developing people and teams stems from my high school sports days, where I learned the value of teamwork, leadership, and inspiration. Throughout my career, I have applied these principles to various roles and contexts, from being the top global sales rep, leading the sales team in EMEA, and turning around a larger and more complex business in the Americas. I am also an active member of Pavilion's CEO cohort and a limited partner at GTMfund, where I support and mentor founders who are scaling their go-to-market and profit models. I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors in my spare time.
