XPRENEURS Incubator is a 3-month incubation program by UnternehmerTUM based in Munich, supporting high-tech startup teams from around the globe with turning technology-driven business ideas into scalable companies.

I empower startups from the food and restaurant industry to build and test hypotheses about their potential customers as well as teach them how to lay the groundwork for potential corporate cooperations.

Focussed on improving the current reporting setup and on saving time spent on manual number crunching by introducing automated controlling processes.● Led transition from ad-hoc to self-service reporting in Qlikview● Implemented automated creation and distribution of standard reports via NPrinting● Introduced software supported budget planning, reducing time required for the process by 80%

Joined the company in its founding phase and was responsible for setting up the finance department from scratch. Tasks included:● conducted financial planning for multiple successful funding rounds● set up company-wide self-service reporting structure in Qlikview ● provided financial framework used to apply for a banking license at the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin)● coordinated the founding of subsidiaries in UK and France, along with setting up accounting, payroll and staffing frameworks
