Innoport Studio is a Marketing Studio that plan and execute data driven marketing for startups, scaleups and mature SME's. I co-founded and launched the studio, working with recruitment, sales, business development and client management.

Innoport is a venture launched to increase and support entrepreneurship and innovation in Vestfold, working in collaboration with Vestfold Fylkeskommune among others.I co-founded and launched Innoport.

I built Amnet from business case to successful launch and implementation, reaching beyond targets in year 1, growing Amnet to be the largest agency trading desk in Norway by year 2. My role was to build a new organisation, sales and client servicing in Norway and abroad, establish data and media partnerships and being DAN’s Programmatic evangelist. Extensive international contact with the Amnet Network in both US and Europe, also responsible for the Nordic region. Member of the extended DAN leadership group and responsible for a team of 12. Part of DAN’s global top leadership program Route 500.

I built the organisation from business case to launch together with our Group Digital Director, responsible for 12 Campaign Managers. The main purpose was to build a strong operation for handling all digital media buying, traffic and ad operations in Dentsu Aegis Network.

Vizeum Operations team handled all media buying for Vizeum, all digital traffic and ad-ops including sales and implementation of performance marketing. I built and implemented the operations team and grew this from 5 to 10 advisors and project managers. Other responsibilities included marketing of Vizeum and a special responsibility for developing Vizeum’s offering in social media and mobile marketing. Part of Vizeum’s leadership group, reporting to the CEO.

Primarily this job consisted of working with digital marketing on bought, own and earned media for clients such as DNB, Playstation, Get, Synnøve Finden, Lerum and TV Aksjonen. Projects stretched from ordinary media planning to development of web sites, and I’ve had a responsibility for training new employees in digital roles.

Kanal F was the advertising pool for the Norwegian specialty press, with 240 magazines with their own web sites.As a new position in a new company the job consisted of everything from building a CRM system to marketing of Kanal F, but the main focus was sales, primarily working with media agencies and large advertisers.

Responsible for all Travel clients and all incoming international clients, the job consisted of both new sales, portfolio management and tuning revenue from the category with a manual bid process. Part of the job consisted of commercial product development for sub categories in the travel category.Worked extensively with other Kelkoo andYahoo! countries in Europe.
