Primary duties pertain to student recruitment efforts in Admissions with secondary support of tools in Student Financial Services, Advancement and Alumni Engagement, and Marketing.• Serve as DBA for the offices of Admission, Student Financial Services, and Advancement and Alumni Relations, including management and leadership of tools such as Slate by Technolutions, PowerFAIDS, and Raiser’s Edge NXT. • Serve as the primary manager for Admission module in Student Information System (Jenzabar) and as part of the divisional team with additional support from staff in Student Financial Services and Advancement and Alumni Engagement.• Supervise admission processing staff and oversee operational functions for undergraduate and graduate programs, including application file processing, new inquiry imports, admission decision releases, and data integrity.• Act as dotted line supervisor to specialists in Student Financial Services and Advancement Operations to oversee important migrations and implementations, efficient and successful day-to-day operations, and appropriate automation in service to meet institutional goals.• Train staff and prepare/update documentation for Slate by Technolutions and Jenzabar users and work with various staff across the division to ensure documentation and training for each tool.
