He has extensive startup experience in the solar and wind segments as well as managing international businesses in large corporate matrix. Ben managed a worldwide team of sales, marketing, customer support, and application engineers. Xantrex was sold to Schneider Electric in October 2008. Before joining Xantrex, Ben was Vice President Ametek Test and Calibration Instruments where he ran a test and calibration business, which manufactured and marketed products to the power utility, process, and medical industries.
