About Ben Dullroy

I'm a leader with over 20 years of experience in business performance improvement, operational management, program and project management and strategic planning roles. I got my first taste of leadership at the age of 21 when I took command of 21 soldiers and spent one of the most rewarding years of my life getting to know my strengths and weaknesses. I have experience in complex organisations dealing with multiple stakeholders in extreme environments. No matter the circumstances, I'm always focused on delivery, whether the job is in Brisbane or Baghdad. I don't just focus on doing the job at hand - I thrive in big picture, strategic roles and am always looking for additional ways to contribute to my chosen profession and the contest of ideas. Please note the views expressed on Linkedin are my own and do not reflect the policy or viewpoint of any organisation I'm affiliated with.
