For almost 5 years, I have been a business analyst working on functional delivery teams for the contract management system, Cassiopae . At Alfa, I worked with auto finance industry clients to implement contract-management software (ALFA), configuring processes to marry with ALFA functionality. My responsibilities at Transcendent spanned a range of functions to meet client needs across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. My work primarily focused on our proprietary managerial and credit risk analysis software as well as management consulting engagements, mostly for clients the Auto Finance industry. I was brought in part-time while completing my Masters degree to serve as the first marketing employee at Wired craft, a Custom application developer for big data visualization, to build initial online marketing ecosystem and protocols for its maintenance.

I worked with IXL Centre, an innovation consulting firm, on a project for Proctor & Gamble’s product safety team, where we identified product usage patterns in Taiwan and explored implications thereof for consumer safety and future product development.

Between my Undergraduate and Graduate degrees, I worked with Lenovo’s server division at their global operational headquarters to transition their success in China to the North American region.

After spending the previous summer at the Africa Asia Pacific headquarters, I was invited to join the Turkish office a second summer with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, where I was tasked principally with research and beginning strategic use of social media .

Following my second year of my Undergraduate degree, I was offered an internship with Daimler’s branded leasing and insurance company’s headquarters for Africa, Asia –Pacific.
