April 2021 - PresentPEPCO Mt Vernon Substation 230 (Scheduled completion August 2023)This 4 story high Structural Steel, CIP concrete foundation, Precast and Masonry structure will be constructed in NW DC to support the expanding electrical demands within the city but also blend into the existing neighborhood. A 230/13.8kV distribution substation with four (4) incoming 230kV underground transmission lines. Four(4) transformer bays, two (2) 230kV reactor bays, sixteen (16) GIS breakers, all supported by 13.8 feeders, switchgear, LCC cabinets, capacitors, battery systems, generator, and solar panels.January 2020 - Present PEPCO White Flint Substation 229 (Scheduled completion June 2022)White Flint Substation No. 229 is a new substation to be located in Rockville, MD. White Flint will be a 69/13.8kV distribution-class 80MVA substation with ability to upgrade to an ultimate capacity of 120MVA. At the 69kV level, the new substation will feature SF6 gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), arranged in a 6-bay breaker-and-a-half (BAAH) bus configuration, with main bus tie breakers (20-breakers total), to accommodate four (4) power transformer positions (with gas-insulated bus and gas-to-air bushings) and sixteen (16) sub-transmission line positions (with gas-insulated cable termination modules). All 69kV sub-transmission and 13.8kV distribution cables will enter the substation below grade and will terminate inside the GIS or metalclad switchgear, respectively.November 2018 - December 2019 Successfully completed construction efforts for Property Group Partners & the Archdiocese of Washington at Holy Rosary Church New Improvements.

Superintendent on the $120M at City Market @ O Street. Successfully topped out the concrete structure. Actively supervising the skin installation in addition to the fit out of 160 apartment units. Responsible for public amenity spaces, including the fitness terrace, roof top pool and courtyard areas.Worked on the successful bid for a 12 month, $40M project for the USACE consisting of a 2,200 space precast parking garage, Visitor Control Center, Vehicle Inspection Station and associated site improvements. Developed the baseline, cost loaded schedule and organized start up and pre-construction activities. September 2011 - November 2012Completed 5 renovation departments (Naval Exchange (Lead Superintendent), Laser Eye Center/Optometry (Lead), Military Readiness, Infectious Diseases (Lead) and 3D Modeling) at WRNMMC. September 2010 - September 2011Completed 120,000sf of finish space (Occupational/Physical Therapy Departments) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for the patient care turnover date. May 2010 - September 2010Completed the coordination and installation of all roofing components at the Headquarters for the United States Institute of Peace.Successfully completed concrete interface with MEP, waterproofing and foundations at USIP.August 2008 - May 2010Recently completed jobsite setup, utility relocation and foundation installation for a $26M project in NE Washington, DC.Completed Phase I site utility relocation, site clearing and demolition of an 8 story office building for a secure project. • Completed $16.8M camp for NCAC/BSA across 314 acres in 10 months as Superintendent. Managed and coordinated personnel and operational activities involved in all phases of construction projects, including: foundations, structural concrete, steel, masonry, timber construction and architectural finishes.• Coordinated existing and future utility installation with VIKA for water, sanitary, power and telecommunications at a mix-use building in Alexandria, VA.• Successfully completed the construction of a $38M, 7 story parking garage and 3 story embryology laboratory for Johns Hopkins University/Carnegie Institute of Washington in Baltimore, MD. Responsible for structural concrete and steel installation in conjunction with all skin and roofing coordination.• Coordinated management and scheduling of construction of a 3-story embryology laboratory, 7 story parking garage, underground utilities and a multi structure camp. Performed QA/QC on all projects.

Assisted in the completion of a $16M, 240,000-square-foot fit-out for Venable, LLP and $175M 460,000-square-foot research laboratory for the Federal Bureau of Investigation• Venable, LLP: Organized and maintained Submittal and RFI logs. Reviewed and processed submittals. Coordinated third party inspections with subcontractors. Originated and finished the punchlist with acceptance from the owner/architect.• FBI: Assisted in the compilation and execution of the subcontractor completion list and punchlist with acceptance from the owner/architect.

Successfully completed a $24M 240k SF 12-story office building with 3 levels of below grade parking. Assisted foundation layout and control for a $170M 1.491M SF office building and 680k SF parking garage.• Performed field engineering duties for base and concrete operations, including pile layout and monitoring. Layout for embed placement as well as establishing as-built conditions and horiz. and vert. control. Worked as an Office Engineer and Asst. Supt. simultaneously. Managing all RFI logs, Submittal filing and drawing upkeep. Assisted the Superintendent in daily activities and subcontractor coordination.• Responsible for skin coordination of pre-cast, metal panels, curtain wall and strip windows• In charge of 3 man layout crew for location and placement of 104 augured piles, retaining wall and footing layout. Maintained control to match 2nd crew’s bearings and elevations by 1/8". Assisted PM's in submittal review and Superintendent in daily manpower counts and reports.
