When I met Particle.art they were a 6-month old startup based in Singapore. Particle's mission is to make art more accessible by designing leading-edge immersive experiences, actively engaging people and connecting distant and different communities through art itself. I started working together with the founder on business development, supporting both with daily tasks and long term planning. Main activities included business modelling, business planning, new client acquisition, partnerships management, project management and execution.

I am extremely proud to have joined the Bocconi Students Venture Club on its first year of activities on my last semester at Bocconi University. I have been happy to contribute to the Event team operations, offering my previous experience in students associations, willing as well to leave space for growth to younger members. This represented for me a great occasion to develop my knowledge on the fields of venture capital further and to enlarge my network in this industry.

I was responsible for the Project department of Culturit Studenti Bocconi, the branch of a national network of management consulting students associations for the cultural sector located at Bocconi University. The branch counted 60 members and I was in charge of managing their involvement in our consulting projects. We have managed 13 projects simultaneously for as many clients, to name a few: - Foundations: e.g. FAI (Villa Panza, Varese), with a partnership proposal aimed at developing their audience;- Museums: e.g. Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia (Milano), Casa Boschi di Stefano (Milano), with a project fosusing on digital business ideas and audience development;- Non-profit organizations: e.g. ZonaK (Milano), with a fundraising strategy proposal;- SMEs and startups: Yet Art Agency (Milano), with a business plan drafting and pricing strategy proposal.In addition to consulting projects we have also carried out research initiatives, specifically: - a proposal to the Italian Ministry of Culture to improve Public State Libraries, a national initiative led by one of our members;- a research on the impact of the "greenwashing" phenomenon on customer behaviour;- a research on the impact of Covid-19 on the art galleries located in Milan.I was directly responsible for the work of our project managers and I took care of ensuring they were well equipped and prepared, supporting them during the first contact with clients, project planning and organizing the training of members on needed project skills. To do so, giving the rising number of projects we had, I had set up a project management team of 4 people that supported me in such activities.

"Epic Fail" is a project which aims at raising awareness among the youngest generations on the correct attitude to held towards failure and to foster entrepreneurial behaviour.We started our activities organizing conferences in the high schools of Milan inviting startuppers and young Italian entrepreneurs to share their personal experience. Unfortunately, the Covid-19 outbreak forced us to suspend such activity which was converted into the realization of IGTV videos on the same topics. All the videos realized are available on Instagram on @culturitbocconi.

This experience has given me the chance to develop a deep knowledge of the contemporary artists represented by the gallery and through them, to expand the theoretical and practical understanding of different artistic techniques. The main activities involved in my role were:- Support to the gallery management- Guide to the current exhibition- Gallery events- Relations with artists- Relations with collectors- Activities related to the installation of exhibitionsIn October 2019 I have had the opportunity to participate in the setting of the Exhibition "Nocturnes" by Patrick Jacobs, which received important recognition by the press.

My experience in the Event Team of Bocconi Students for Innovation consisted of designing, organizing and promoting the events sponsored by the association. The aim was to challenge our team, analyzing interesting and actual subjects presented by well-known guests. These two years helped me develop my teamwork skills as well as my knowledge of innovation- and technology-related topics.

Out There is an international creative and media agency. Its approach is to combines a global network of strategic partnerships with the sensibilities of a boutique creative agency to offer a comprehensive, scalable service that meets the communication needs of its clients.My experience as an intern in the Media Team of the Milan office increased my knowledge and experience in the media planning and advertising campaign design for well-known brands in the luxury and fashion industry.Among the activities performed, the more relevant in my professional growth were the development of presentation for clients and the active contribution to the creation of the campaigns. I was able to gain insights in the structure of advertising agency and roles of each department, specifically: media, creative and Out Of Home.

The summer-internship at Regus, right before my senior year at high school, was crucial in the development of my future education and career choice. The difficulties I experienced back then, as a young girl entering the working environment for the first time while having to deal with a language I was not yet fully mastering, forged my attitude and character. My role consisted in supporting the Customer Service and Marketing office in its daily tasks. I spent most of my time at the Reception desk of the building Regus was managing, interacting with the office renters and their clients to answer their questions and offer them support in the organization of meetings and conventions in the conference rooms we provided as extra service.Being a young high school student I was never - comprehensively - invested with major responsibilities. However, the experience per se taught me some major lessons that with time became soft-skills which I still apply nowadays: I learned to respect authorities, working hours and deadlines; I learned to admit when I didn't understand a task and to kindly ask t repeat; I learned to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and how to prioritize them; I learned to step up and ask "Is there anything I can help you with?" to my supervisor.
