Supervisor of brand strategy and communication for Tendercapital GroupBrand strategy: Definition and implementation of the national, short- and medium-term brand strategy, guiding portfolio priorities, new product launches and catalogue animation. Definition of communication (offline/online) Definition of marketing mix strategy. Designing advertising campaigns (objectives, briefing, budgeting). Designing commercial and PR materials with high-level and innovative finishes. Collaboration with other departments (sales, analysis, legal & compliance) and partner agencies to build a broader and more rounded business strategy.Online strategy: Responsible for all group sites. In-depth knowledge of Wordpress and major CMS platforms. Responsible for editorial line for website and social media. Definition of advertising, SEO and social strategy.HNW Clients relationship management: 360° conception and coordination of high-level events dedicated to our top clients, mainly in Milan and Venice. Project management from hospitality to location scouting & catering, media partnerships, press releases and event design.TenderToArt Project: TenderToArt (now the Art section within Tenderstories) is Tendercapital's art incubator, a programme involving artists selected for the innovation and quality of their language and research. As the manager in charge of TenderToArt's activities, I am in charge of: event planning, relations with curators/supervision of the project team, brand valorisation, definition of materials (adv, catalogues, digital...) according to the specific needs of each project.
