RECRUITMENT: Working alongside all managers and department heads, forming a recruitment strategy that support all their recruitment needs; Recruiting candidates for all areas of the hotel: Food&Bevarage, Rooms, Administration&General, Sales&Marketing, Spa, Engineering; Screening around 1500 resumes per year; Conduct around 300 interviews per year; Select around 80 new candidates per year; Reference checking; Manage and supervise recruitment advertisement through Workday HRIS, social networks and third parts. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION: Employee relations and organization and supervision of all employee events and Corporate Social Responsibilities activities; Conduct exit interviews, analyze and communicate results to the management with reports and meetings; Coordinate the Employees Engagement Survey. Communicate results, meetings with employees and support managers in the completion of their follow up report; Communication to staff, through boards, social networks, emails and newsletters dealing with a diverse group of employees of different nationalities; For one year member of the Innovation Committee of the hotel. Creation and promotion of new ideas to be implemented in the hotel involving employees.ADMINISTRATION: Manage activation of internships with schools and public institutions and administrate all legal and organizational matters (reimbursements, subsidies); Prepare offer letters and manage on boarding process of new hires; Manage and update employee records through Workday HRIS; Support legal matters related to employees; Research and management of relationships with suppliersLEARNING&DEVELOPMENT: Conduct Company Code of Conduct training for new hires; Conduct Company Introductionary training for new hires; Supervision of interns performance; Support to employees in their Career development process. EMPLOYER BRANDING: Presentation of the Company participating to recruitment fairs and to universities and high schools.
