-Acquire mastery of Poltrona Frau's proposition, products, and services, as well as understanding the competitive context of existing and new product categories-Adopt a methodical approach to ensure that all marcoms strategies are optimized to maximize the benefits of the partnership for the brand across all customer journey touchpoints-Coordinate activities and liase with internal and external entities, including the legal office, manufacturing, R&D and Merchandising, to ensure that agreements and contracts between parties align with the brand's objectives-Lead project management activities in defining and executing development projects, working closely with various company functions (R&D, MarComs, Sales, Legal, etc.)-Identify and propose new ideas that can be brought to life through strategic partnerships that support lead generation, sales, and brand awareness/familiarity-Support the Marketing, Communications & eCommerce department in the development and implementation of "special projects," defined as projects that do not have a regular frequency and/or are of particular importance to the brand at an operational and/or strategic level (projects involving external agencies, academic institutions, artists/designers, influencers, etc.)

-Develop a variety of PR content (e.g. media announcements, press releases, newsletters, speeches, and media coverage)-Provide support to the planning and seamless execution of annual flagship events, such as the Milan Design Fair (Salone del Mobile).-Support and coordinate the development and distribution of internal reports, tailored for diverse functions, including special projects, events, editorials, and corporate initiatives to ensure that internal stakeholders stay informed about the brand and product initiatives.
