Develop, validate and conduct quantitative analysis of drugs and drug-related material in biological samples generated within preclinical non-GLP and GLP studies (as Study Director/Principal Investigator) and clinical (mainly Phase I and II) studies.Work in compliance with OECD principles of GLP and with all internal SOPs. Write and review Laboratory Methodsheets, Protocols, Bioanalytical Study Reports and SOPs. Work to maintain a state of the art awareness of new developments in the field of bioanalytical chemistry.

Manage all the preclinical DMPK experimental activities for the selection and lead optimization of new drugs active in the CNS therapeutic area.Design, organize, execute and write reports for PK studies including pharmacokinetic data analysis.Use of WinNonlin for PK and PK/PD analysis (compartmental and non-compartmental models).Develop and conduct quantitative bioanalysis using HPLC-MS/MS for the detection of small molecules in various biological matrices.
