- Report to the Executive VP / Defence & Security General Manager- Responsible for initiating and carrying out a mapping of the decision-making players in the Defence economic realm in both the public and private sectors- Collect and analyze data (open data, regulatory texts, etc.)- Structure the cartography based on the elements collected- Map the internal resources within the Group on this sector- Write information and interest notes and participate in the reflection of the offer strategy

- Support by attending conferences and activities- Provide 2 written academic and or opinion-based articles on European issues related to anti- and counter- terrorism and or current terrorism threats within the EU- Final research paper on Counter Terrorism Policies and Counter Terrorism Initiatives within the Nordic Region

- Provide support and consultation during the start up phase- Assist in maintaining and updating Grants Management Dashboard for the Central and East Africa region - Assist in managing a diverse range of programming across an array of country and conflict contexts, with project ongoing in Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Sudan, and South Sudan- Support regional communications activities, including compiling updates from country offices, revamping website content, and creating visibility pieces for social media- Assist in tracking grant deliverables (costed workplans, budget meetings, report submissions) and report to the Regional Director on a quarterly basis- Participate and take notes in meetings with country teams and regional team at key points in the project cycle - Provide direct support on various grants management and liase with country teams as needed- Address critical conflict transformation and peacebuilding thematics including security sector reform, sustainable business practice, community violence prevention, reconciliation and social cohesion through a range of innovative programmatic tools and methodologies
