Responsible for improving and developing precast concrete products for manufacturing and required concrete mould designs for fabrication. Such products cater the need for infrastructure projects in Australia which ranges from communications, water, transportation and energy.

In the last quarter of 2019, I was sent back again still as a part of the group's senior rotation initiative but this time to learn more about client request and specification sheet confirmation. Learning such information has enabled to deepen my understanding about product ordering, manhour estimation and how everything else goes before proceeding to planning, designing, detailing and fabrication.

I was sent back as a part of the group's senior rotation initiative to assist and supervise newly dispatched team members, help them get accustomed to Japanese work culture while acting as coordinator for our company back in the Philippines; and learn additional knowledge about changing technology and product innovation that may benefit our group back home.

I was dispatched for a year in Japan to undergo training, get to know our Japanese counterparts and become familiar with their customs.
