Working as a Technology Analyst for the Babcock, Group Technology team responsible for delivering the technology strategy conducted through research, academic and industrial partnerships, workshops and trials. I supported the team in a range of responsibilities during this period, driving improvements and efficiencies through the application of technology. I project managed a technology trial looking at improving asset tracking and environmental monitoring worth £30k across a 5 month period. Responsible for stakeholder relationships, the business case, gate reviews, project budget, risk management, leadership and time scheduling. This included running the project from concept to delivering a business solution, working with all stakeholders, specifically with the suppliers and users to develop an agreed contactable scope of work. I managed the integration of the chosen LoRaWAN tracking technology into an operational Naval Dockyard with select waterfront users, developing the website interface and deployment of the tracking hardware. I presented the technology trial's findings across the business sectors successfully, implementing a new business strategy, improving the ways of working and leading to potential significant cost-savings across the business.
