• Leads the Police National Service team at Tanglin Police Division. • Drives and achieve administrative effectiveness and operational efficiency in the team • Develop action plans to implement the various NS initiatives in the Division, and achieve the objectives of the underlying NS Strategies in tandem with MINDEF’s guidelines.• Plans and oversees the career development of all Police National Service Officers in the Division. • Maintain the operational readiness of the NS Contingent by equipping the officers with the skill sets needed to fulfill their assigned roles in both Peacetime and Emergency Operations.• Responsible for effective incentive, reimbursement and compensation processes, implementations and scheme for the Division.

• Collaborate with Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defense Force to align, streamline and transform processes and workflow on a range of National Service Human Resource function • Drives career developments and Responsible for overall NSmen benefits, compensations and all administrative matters regarding servicemen’s posting, promotions, discipline, allowances and welfare. • Manage feedback and appeals surfaced by NSF, NSmen and members of public.• Drive publicity efforts on new policies or initiatives introduced for the NS community in the Home Team.

• Responsible for the Operating and Development of the Bureau • Drives periodic review and analysis on budget and expenditure. • Manage Fixed Assets and Development Projects in Progress • Responsible for all fixed assets transactions and drives the Economy and Value Drive (EVD) efforts in CNB

• Responsible for the management of annual performance and potential ranking exercises of Prisons Uniformed Officers • Drives and managed Internal Career Development Board meetings (Prisons) and (Home Affairs)• Provides recommendations and approval submissions to Management/Ministry Headquarters • Collaborate with Home Team Representatives in Annual Home Team Promotion Ceremonies
