I am an experienced leader and civil servant of 17 years’ experience spanning policy, corporate, operations and programme management, as well as a trained and experienced data protection officer. I have extensive experience of working directly for and with ministers. I am at my best with a broad and varied portfolio, delivering through a large team. I take great pride in creating a fun, rewarding and inclusive environment where people are empowered to deliver and realise their potential. Diagnosed ADHD, I am the neurodiversity champion for my organisation, driving awareness of the benefits neurodiverse colleagues bring to our work and providing strategic direction and leadership to our Neurodiversity Network.
