DR made it possible for me to fundamentally participate and provide my contribution in the development of a dedicated start-up. As an employee in the sales department, I took on many more tasks and projects that went beyond my main job as JKAM. Among other things, I got to deal with process optimization, contract management, collaborations, marketing, internationalization, product development and internal affairs. This not only taught me how to deal with customers and colleagues, but also how to build a sustainable business model.

At the RKD I was given the opportunity to pass through all areas of a general business as well as through the highly specialized business units of one of the few dual systems in Germany whilst completing a schooling of office administration and a degree with the focus on trade management.
