Benedict Coulter is an award-winning editor and producer who co-founded and led one of Hollywood’s most iconic agencies, Trailer Park.Benedict’s expertise goes far beyond editing and producing hundreds of trailers. His unique and trail blazing marketing and branding strategies have been integral to the success of some of the biggest motion pictures, from Top Gun to Jurassic Park and Star Wars to Purple Rain.His commitment to providing clients with innovative creative has been his ‘mantra’ his entire career.Born in Paris, he first launched a musical career in France with the legendary singer Renaud, before moving to the United States.After joining the iconic trailer house Kaleidoscope Films, he quickly became a favorite among the most elite filmmakers.He was discovered and hired by Steven Spielberg to work on " E.T The Extra Terrestrial " and went on to create the marketing campaigns for many of the director’s other films. In addition to filmmakers, Benedict also has close ties to some of the most iconic musicians.He collaborated with The Beatles for over twenty years, creating a multitude of marketing materials for the band, as well as U2, Prince and The Rolling Stones, among others.He is the recipient of numerous Key Art, Golden Trailer and Clio Awards and received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Cannes Film Festival for his contribution to the motion picture industry.Benedict is also a writer and the author of over thirty children’s books.In 2012 Benedict and his wife Ulli launched their company The Brilliant Kid, making their vast library of entertaining and educational children's content in multiple languages available on a mobile App currently used in over one hundred countries worldwide.In 2018, Benedict co-founded the non profit company Hey Teacher Teacher, creating and providing free access to OER and STEM/STEAM resources to Early Childhood Educators in schools and universities around the US.Benedict is a partner at REB3L, a motion picture advertising company creating marketing campaigns across all platforms from theatrical, home entertainment, streaming and broadcast, to social and digital with editing facilities as well as production capabilities for special shoots and commercials.He serves as one of the company's creative directors, along with his partners Max Carlson and Maurice Salmin, along with Kyle McKinney.
