Currently Minister Counsellor at the Australian Embassy, Washington, United States, responsible for Pacific affairs, international development finance and humanitarian issues. •Previously responsible for the establishment and management of the Australian Government’s $4 billion infrastructure investment fund for the Pacific and Timor Leste. •Experience in over 25 developing and emerging economies, including living and working in Papua New Guinea, China, Eastern Europe, Spain, UK and Australia.•Extensive experience of international multilateral and development financing and operations, including with the World Bank, Asia Development Bank, European Commission, United Nations, The World Health Organization, and a range of bilateral agencies. •Practical experience in strategy, policy, financing, planning, risk assessment, program management and investment design in a range of complex country settings (e.g. Papua New Guinea, China, Indonesia, Sierra Leone, Kosovo, Russia)•Experience in geostrategic risk, public policy, private sector consultancy and intergovernmental relations working for the UK, Australian governments and private sector.•Background in global health, health sector financing and health security.
