Handles the following functions:* Human Resources - manpower planning, recruitment and other functions to exit management* HR Business Partner with Heads of Departments for effective and efficient human capital development.* Administration - purchases/stores administration, fleet management, general maintenance, liaising with Government Regulatory.

• Develop and maintain manpower plans and career paths for the various units in the department and outsourced staff [in conjunction with Clients].
• Interpret and administer HR Policy on all outsourced staff.
• Handle all HMO related issues covering over 4,000 workforce nationwide.
• Prepare and implement departmental budgets and ensure effective management of assets.
• Responsible for the recruitment of all category of outsourced staff, and ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and processes.
• Ensure proper deployment or redeployment of staff to Clients’ locations.

• Handle all HR functions, including but not limited to the followings:o Manpower Plans for the various departments/subsidiaries.o Formulates and Implements HR Policies & Procedureso Recruitment, Selection and Placemento.
• Supervises all Admin Matters, includingo General Maintenanceo Procuremento Stores Administrationo Fleet Managemento Events Management
• Monthly Activity Report at Management Meetings
• Departmental Reports at MPR meetings
