JOB DESCRIPTION1. HIRING and SELECTIONa) Sources applicants for various job openings;b) Schedules applicants for initial interview;c) Interview applicant for Staff positions and prepares shortlist of applicant.d) Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed by the new employee on-time;e) Assists the newly hired employee of their Company Orientation;f) Issues Company identification card and contract to new employee;g) Updates and maintains 201 file of employees;2. COMPENSATION and BENEFITSa) Advises the department heads, supervisors and employee on pay and other renumeration issues, including promotion and benefits;b) Prepares payroll of employees and maintains records relating to staff;c) Listen and acts immediately on the grievances of employees;d) Coordinates with the Government agencies;e) Facilitates salary loans of employees;3. TRAINING and DEVELOPMENTa) Preparation of the modules and materials for employee training;b) In charge in conducting training activities;c) Monitorshe implementation and compliance to Company policies;d) Aides the execution of employee’s relation programs such as Company celebrations, outing, sports fest and the like.4. POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICERa) To ensure compliance with the requirements of Presidential Decree 1586, Republic Act (RA) 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275;5. SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALISTa) Regularly updates all Social Media accounts and answer guest inquiries or quotation request. b) Prepares necessary presentation needed by the clientc) Collaborate ideas with sales team for new trends and services to offer, new promotions and marketing strategies.
